Strength & conditioning built for middle school and high school athletes who want an edge. Real programming. Real results.
A lot of youth training today is either random conditioning or advanced training introduced too early. NLT is different — we teach athletes how to properly move, sprint, jump, land, lift, and compete.
The goal is long-term athletic development. Athletes are grouped by age and experience, not sport — so every session is safe, structured, and actually pushes you forward.
Coached by Ethan Wonser, a Bachelor of Science graduate in Corporate Fitness from Minot State University with a focus in Coaching & Strength and Conditioning. Open to all athletes grades 4th–12th in Western North Dakota. No prior lifting experience required.
Get StartedFundamentals-first lifting — compound movements taught with proper technique for long-term development.
Sprint mechanics, 10-yard dash work, plyometrics, and agility training that translate to any sport.
Dynamic warm-ups and mobility work built into every session to keep athletes healthy and moving well.
Vertical jump, broad jump, and push-up assessments — athletes see their own numbers improve.
No long contracts. Pay monthly or grab a punch card for the summer. First session is always free.
Parents can book, reschedule, or change their athlete's session time using the link below. Takes under 2 minutes.
